About the Pub

Located just off the main A39 Bridgwater to Minehead road in the hamlet of Bradley Green, just outside the village of Cannington, and two milesfrom the centre of Bridgwater. This beautiful area was extremely popular with the Renaissance Poets. Wordsworth, Byron, Coleridge and Shelley all resided locally.

Butcombe Brewery's latest acquisition has recently undergone a major building programme that has seen the pub double in size, with new toilets, kitchen, cellar, car parks and outside patios.
